Lata Menon practiced in Prestigious law firms in India for a decade before moving to Canada,
Attending Civil, Criminal and high courts in Mumbai, Kerala, and Bangalore. She basically practiced in 3 different states in India.
She was conducting legal workshops and Seminars in Schools and in Colleges. She was also a panel member in Lok Adalat which is
people's court for Motor Vehicle Accident and Insurance Claims. She is an active Supporter for Women rights in India and as well
as in Canada. Lata Menon represents Clients from Small Claims up to Court of Appeal. She has successfully argued
before Ontario Court of Appeal and Superior Court as lead lawyer on numerous occasions.

Darrell Paul hails from India and became a lawyer in India in 1997.
His practice of law in India consisted of Civil Litigation, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims,
Bank Recovery Suits, Small Causes Court Cases and Consumer Forum Claims.
He immigrated to Canada in 2003 and worked in a law firm as a law clerk while studying for the National Committee for Accreditation Exams.
He completed his NCA exams and articling in December 2007 and was called to the Bar in January 2008.
